1.1 Account Information: name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, gender, password (stored in encrypted/hashed form), and your Sponsor ID if you were referred by another member.
1.2 KYC Information: Aadhaar number, PAN number, and copies of supporting identity/address documents, collected solely to verify your identity as required for withdrawals and regulatory compliance.
1.3 Bank Account Information: account holder name, bank name, account number, and IFSC code, collected solely to process your commission withdrawals.
1.4 Payment Information: when you make a purchase, payment is processed directly by Razorpay. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials — these are handled entirely within Razorpay's secure, RBI-compliant systems.
1.5 Usage Information: pages visited, purchases made, network/referral activity, device and browser information, and IP address, collected automatically to operate and improve the Platform.
1.6 Communications: if you contact our support team, we retain a record of that correspondence to resolve your query and improve our service.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
(a) create and manage your account;
(b) process orders and payments through Razorpay;
(c) calculate, credit, and pay out network/pair-matching commissions;
(d) verify your identity (KYC) as required for withdrawals and legal compliance;
(e) send order confirmations, OTP verification codes, and service-related notifications via SMS and email;
(f) detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms & Conditions;
(g) comply with applicable Indian laws and regulatory requirements, including those relating to payments, taxation, and telecom (DLT/TRAI regulations for SMS).
3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
(a) Razorpay, our payment gateway partner, to process your payments securely;
(b) our banking/payout partner, to process your commission withdrawals to your verified bank account;
(c) SMS/communication service providers, to deliver OTP and transactional messages, in compliance with TRAI's DLT regulations;
(d) law enforcement or regulatory authorities, where required by applicable law or a valid legal request;
(e) service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g. cloud hosting), under confidentiality obligations.
4. DATA SECURITY
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL) and hashed password storage, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. DATA RETENTION
We retain your account and transaction information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations (including KYC record-keeping requirements).
