TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to LAK BAZAAR ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), operated by LAK Technology Private Limited. LAK BAZAAR is an online platform combining e-commerce (products and packages) with a network marketing (binary tree) structure that rewards members for building and growing their network. By creating an account, browsing, or purchasing on this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to register on LAK BAZAAR.
1.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including a valid mobile number and email address.
1.3 Each individual may hold only one member account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SPONSORSHIP
2.1 Registration may optionally include a Sponsor ID, linking your account to an existing member's network (binary tree placement, left or right leg).
2.2 Once your placement in the binary tree is confirmed, it is generally permanent and cannot be changed except at our sole discretion, and only to correct a genuine error.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are fully responsible for all activities under your account.
3. KYC (KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER)
3.1 Certain features of the Platform, including withdrawals of wallet balance, require completion of KYC verification (Aadhaar and PAN, or equivalent government-issued identification).
3.2 We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or request re-submission of KYC documents that appear incomplete, altered, or fraudulent.
3.3 Your KYC information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. PRODUCTS, PACKAGES & PAYMENTS
4.1 Products and membership/activation packages listed on the Platform are subject to availability and pricing changes without prior notice.
4.2 All payments on the Platform are processed through Razorpay, a RBI-authorised third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers.
4.3 An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully captured by Razorpay and acknowledged by our system.
4.4 Purchasing an activation package unlocks your ability to earn commissions on the Platform, as described in Section 5. Package purchases are treated per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. NETWORK MARKETING, BINARY TREE & COMMISSIONS
5.1 LAK BAZAAR operates a binary tree network structure. Members may refer new members ("sponsorship") and are placed into a binary tree (left/right legs) beneath existing members ("placement").
5.2 Commissions (pair-matching bonus, placement bonus, referral bonus, and any other incentive defined from time to time) are credited to a member's in-app Wallet, subject to the rates, caps, and conditions published in the member dashboard, which may be revised by us at any time with reasonable notice.
5.3 Commission eligibility requires an active membership status and, for withdrawals, completed KYC approval.
5.4 LAK BAZAAR does not guarantee any specific level of income. Earnings depend entirely on a member's own effort, network growth, and product sales, and will vary between members. No member should treat participation as a guaranteed source of income.
5.5 We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or claw back commissions found to result from fraudulent activity, fake accounts, self-dealing, or violation of these Terms.
6. WALLET & WITHDRAWALS
6.1 Commission earnings accumulate in your in-app Wallet and may be withdrawn to a verified bank account, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount, applicable fees, and processing timelines published in the Withdrawals section of your account.
6.2 Withdrawals require an approved bank account (verified by our team) and completed KYC.
6.3 Withdrawal requests are processed via our banking/payout partner and typically settle within the timeframe stated at the time of request; delays caused by the banking partner or incorrect account details provided by the member are outside our control.
7. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
(a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including pyramid or Ponzi-style misrepresentation of guaranteed returns;
(b) create multiple or fraudulent accounts;
(c) misrepresent the Platform, its products, or its earning potential to prospective members;
(d) attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the Platform's systems.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Platform, including the LAK BAZAAR name, logo, design, and text, is the property of LAK Technology Private Limited and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LAK Technology Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of anticipated commissions or network earnings.
10. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the network marketing structure, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City, State - to be filled in by LAK Technology Private Limited].
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
